PSG Construction completed an extension to an existing retirement home, adding a five-storey building with 31 double rooms and one additional floor above the existing connecting wing. Designed to provide modern, fully accessible accommodation, the project also includes underground parking, communal and relaxation areas, staff facilities and barrier-free access throughout. The extension features a reinforced concrete structural system founded on bored piles and incorporates energy-efficient construction solutions.
