PSG Construction completed the new DH5 production hall for Semperflex Optimit in Odry in just 15 months. Valued at CZK 640 million (excluding VAT), the project was one of the company's largest since its establishment in 2016 and was delivered jointly by PSG Construction's Ostrava and Otrokovice divisions. The facility features a precast reinforced concrete structure founded on piles, integrated technical facilities, modern energy infrastructure, and flexible production areas.
