PSG Construction delivered the Design & Build construction of three new pavilions for the Retirement Home in Sokolnice as part of the South Moravian Region's “Humanisation of Residential Care Services” programme. Set within the historic park of a protected Baroque château, the development provides accommodation for 48 residents together with modern healthcare and staff facilities. Designed using BIM, the energy-efficient buildings feature ground-source heat pumps, biodynamic LED lighting, barrier-free access, advanced building services and comprehensive external infrastructure, creating a sustainable and comfortable environment for residents and caregivers.
