PSG Construction completed the transformation of a five-storey office building in Přerov into the Alzheimer Center care facility, providing modern accommodation for 114 residents. The comprehensive refurbishment included new healthcare and residential facilities, barrier-free access, additional lift cores, structural strengthening, energy-efficient facade systems and modern technical infrastructure, creating a comfortable environment for both residents and staff.
