PSG Construction completed the comprehensive refurbishment of the OKO mixed-use building in Zlín, transforming a 1960s office building into a modern, fully accessible commercial centre. The project created flexible spaces for retail, restaurants, medical practices and offices, while also including a complete facade renovation, new interior layouts, structural strengthening, modern building services, a new parking structure and upgraded surrounding public areas.
