This project is the extension of the existing one-floor production hall which was also delivered by PSG in 2008. The bearing structure is made of pre-cast concrete structure with sandwich cladding Kingspan. The roof is made of trapezoidal plates, vapour barrier, thermal insulation and hydro insulation sheet. The roof contains skylights which will let the light into the building and air the spaces. Part of the project includes alterations in the existing building, e.g. changing rooms and welfare facilities.
